The MK5 Iron Man helmet — the Mark 5 — is a wearable 1:1 replica with a motorized faceplate that splits into panels and fans open on command. Say "Jarvis, open the mask," tap the side sensor or press the remote, and the plates move apart while the LED eyes light up. A Wearable Iron Man Helmet That Opens on Command

Looking for an Iron Man mask? Many are static shells you simply pull on. The MK5 is a full wearable helmet based on the Mark V suitcase armor from Iron Man 2, and it is built around moving parts: small motors open and close the faceplate panels, so the helmet reacts the way it does on screen. You can run it three ways.

Voice control with JARVIS-style commands

Touch sensors

• Left ear sensor: fully opens or closes the helmet
• Right ear sensor: opens or closes the moving panels only

LED Eyes and Ear Lights

Dual LED arrays light the eye lenses in two modes — white or red, depending on mode — and small accent lights sit at the ears. It's the detail that makes the helmet look switched on, whether it's on your head or on a shelf.

Built to Wear: Fit and Comfort

Inside there's a stabilized frame and memory-foam padding, so the weight sits evenly instead of pressing on your forehead. It fits head circumferences of 55–62 cm (21.7–24.4 in); check our helmet size guide if you're between sizes.

You can see out through the eyes and walk around normally, but visibility isn't perfect — it's designed for photos, events and display rather than long walks in crowds. For extended wear, take short breaks. If the batteries run out while it's closed, the helmet has backup power and can be opened by hand; it isn't a tight fit.
